Some approximation problems by first degree derivative
In this paper, I mention the approximate calculation of the function value at a point, based on the first derivative at its neighborhood points. The article shows which function classes can be applied to approximate. The paper also points out the importance of approximation as an estimate of the error of that calculation.

BAM: Border adjustment method improve the efficiency of imbalanced biological data classification
This paper presents a data classification problem and methods to improve imbalanced data classification. Especially, biomedical data has a very high imbalance rate and the sample identification of minority class is a very important. Many studies have shown that border elements are important in imbalanced data classification such as Borderline-SMOTE, Random Under Border Sampling.

Tuning pid controller bases on chemical reaction optimization algorithm
In this paper, we describe the application of CRO algorithm to search optimal parameters for PID controller because CRO combines both features of local and global searching techniques to increase the chance of finding global solution. The comparison of tuning PID controller by CRO and traditional Ziegler-Nichols method is also presented. The simulated results show the advantages of tuning PID using CRO compared to traditional methods in terms of performance indices and transient responses.

Extended degree of rational maps
In the article, we see that the birational maps of degree d of the projective space Pn k form a locally closed subvariety of the projective space P(Sdn11), denoted Crd(n). In this paper, we will construct the notion of extended degree of rational maps, then we obtain the functor crd(n) that represents the variety Crd(n).

Liouville type theorem for stable solutions to elliptic equations involving the Grushin operator
In this paper, we will extend the result of Farina to the general case a0 and look for the effect of the degeneracy on the range of the exponent p on Liouville-type theorem. It seems that the presence of the weight term |x|a makes the problem more challenging. The main difficulty is that the Grushin operator is nonautonomous. This requires suitable scaled test functions in the integral estimate.

Đánh giá thích nghi sinh thái cảnh quan đối với một số cây lâu năm ở vùng hồ thủy điện Sơn La
Kết quả nghiên cứu đã thành lập bản đồ cảnh quan và phân tích sự phân hóa cảnh quan, làm cơ sở đánh giá thích nghi đối với 2 cây trồng lâu năm của vùng hồ thủy điện Sơn La (mắc ca, xoài) theo các đơn vị lãnh thổ là cấp loại cảnh quan; thống kê diện tích các cấp thích nghi theo ranh giới hành chính và đề xuất định hướng ưu tiên phát triển các cây trồng lâu năm theo hướng sử dụng hợp lí tài nguyên thiên nhiên vùng hồ thủy điện Sơn La.

Cá ngựa vằn (Danio rerio) thuộc bộ Cá chép (Cypriniformes), họ Cá chép (Cyprinidae) là loài động vật mô hình sử dụng quan sát quá trình phát triển phôi và hiện được sử dụng nhiều trong các nghiên cứu về ảnh hưởng của một số chất lên quá trình phát triển phôi, nghiên cứu bệnh tật và y sinh học người. Nghiên cứu này đã tiến hành nghiên cứu một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quá trình thu phôi và nghiên cứu sử dụng phôi cá trong thực hành tế bào học và sinh học phát triển.

Morphological and acoustic characteristics of two species of the genus Occidozyga Kuhn and Van hasselt, 1822 (Anura: Dicroglossidae) in Vietnam
This is the first study that describes calls from this genus in Vietnam. Five acoustics parameters were measured, including call duration (s), call repetition rate (calls/s), inter-call interval(s), number of notes or pulses in a call, dominant frequency of call (kHz).

Advertisement calls and mating behaviour of chiromantis doriae (boulenger, 1803) (anura: rhacophoridae) from northwestern Vietnam
The complex structure of the advertisement call markedly distinguishes C. doriae from other members of the genus Chiromantis. We give the spacing of calling males, presence of multiple males near breeding sites. C. doriae mated only at night but males began calling immediately after dusk. The amplectant pair frequently moved around the branch for approximately 10-15 minutes. The female attended to the eggs that were attached to the branch.

The effect of using biogro fertilizer for reducing Cu and Zn content in brassica integrifolia grown in contaminated soil
Especially, the Cu and Zn concentration in fresh leaves of B. integrifolia were within the range of limitation of heavy metals in vegetable by Vietnamese Ministry of Health. Therefore it would be recommended to apply BioGro fertilizer when grow B. integrifolia in Cu and Zn contaminated soil by Cu and Zn.

A comparative study on the root anatomical adaptation of different species in arecaceae
In this study, we compare anatomical characteristics of species with different life forms in Arecaceae family, including Cocos nucifera, Phoenix roebelenii and Calamus tetradactylus. The roots of these species all had primary structure, and shared many similar characteristics, including the distinctive stele and cortex, developed Casparian strip, scleroid stele, aerenchyma in the cortex and a thick layer of scleroid exodermis.

Characteristics of white adipose tissue shape and weight in the restricted high fat diet fed mice
Our data suggest that a restricted high-fat diet feeding shows an obvious effect on the change of body weight as well as on the alteration of adipose tissue size and weight. Hence, the restricted high-fat diet feeding may be used as a promise method to induce obese model at least partly in mouse.

Study on some of biochemical changes during growth and development of Taiwanese papaya fruit grown in Quoc Oai, Hanoi
The total organic acid content in papaya was relatively low and tends to decrease from young fruit stage to ripe fruit stage. Based on this study results, Taiwanese papaya fruit should be harvested after physiological maturity and before ripening completely (from 13 weeks of age to 15 weeks of age) to ensure the nutritional value of the fruit during storage.

Determination content of heavy metals in tea samples in Moc Chau district, Son La province, Vietnam
Moc Chau is a large tea material area of Son La province. The analysis of heavy metal content in Moc Chau tea contributed to the evaluation of tea quality. The total concentrations of Iron, Zinc and Copper in tea samples from Son La province in Vietnam were determined using flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) after dry digestion.

Determination of the dissociation constants of ethylammonium and 2-furoic acid in aqueous solution at 298.15k
In this study, the dissociation constant of ethylammonium and 2-furoic acid have been determined at 298.15 K using a potentiometric titration method. The ionic strength of all solutions was maintained by 0.50 M of KCl solution. A series of pH was obtained by adding the same of volume of KOH solution into analytical solutions.

Study on the ESI mass spectra of a series of chelating platinum(II) complexes containing eugneol
The ESI mass spectra of ten platinum(II) complexes (P1-P10) bearing eugenol (EugH) were analyzed in detail. The result has established two unambiguous rules for the formation of pseudomolecular ions in the both positive-ion and negative-ion modes.

Synthesis, structure and anticancer activity of two platinacyclic complexes bearing isopropyl eugenoxyacetate and pyridine derivatives
The results show the iPrEug coordinates with Pt(II) through ethylenic double bond of the allyl group and C5 of the benzene ring, while the amines only coordinate with Pt(II) via the N heteroatom and occupy cis-position in comparison with the allyl group.

Synthesis of new benzothiazepine derivatives of monocarbonyl curmumin analogs
The conventional method in presence of acetic acid gave the target product 4 in 48% for 3 hours. Meanwhile, yield of compound 7 was 15% at the same condition. Retro-Aldol condensation was observed in these cases. Structures of compounds 4 and 7 were elucidated by using IR, 1D NMR, 2D NMR, and MS methods. Biological test showed that compound 4 was active against KB cancer cell line at IC50 = 47.6 ug/L but it was inactive against bacteria.

Assessment on the environmental vulnerability through the climate indexes of Dong Nai river basin
The author of the article uses EVI method for 4 indexes in the climate group of the sustainable development index to assess the vulnerability in 3 meteorological stations of Dong Nai river basin. Results show that the indexes of hot periods, cold periods and dry periods remain within safe limits when the vulnerability level is very low at level 1, but the wet periods are more vulnerable at level 3.

Impervious surfaces extraction using alos palsar data in Hanoi city
The results demonstrate the capacity of this multi-sensors approach for urban evolution study. This type of product might help authorities in decision making when it is necessary to develop a sustainable strategy for improving urban life, and reducing the impact of urbanization on agricultural resources and natural environment. This paper aims to review of the current findings on the negative impact of SUPIs on both human health and the environment, particularly adverse impacts on human health; persistence of plastic in the environment; and moving them in the ecosystem. Hypoglycemic effects of ethanolic extract from Mesona chinensis Benth. on diabetic mice
This study was conducted to investigate the hypoglycemic effects of ethanolic extract from Mesona chinensis Benth. on diabetic mice due to exogenous glucose, alloxan-induced diabetic and obese diabetic mice. Hyperglycemia was induced by taking glucose 3 g/kg body weight (bw) or injecting of alloxan monohydrate 100 mg/kg bw or feding high-fat diet.

Advertisement calls of four species of anurans from Van Long wetland nature reserve, Ninh Binh province, Vietnam
This is the first study that describes calls from anurans of this area. Five acoustics parameters were measured, including call duration, call repetition rate (calls/s), inter–call interval, number of notes or pulses in a call, dominant frequency of call (kHz). An acoustic review of Vietnamese members of the genera showed that the dominant frequency of the calls to be is distinctly different in the species of investigated Microhyla and Rhacophorus species, it could be considered as static properties.

New records of Odorrana FEI, YE & Huang, 1990 (Anura: Ranidae) from Yen Bai province, northern Vietnam
Based on a new herpetological collection from the Mu Cang Chai Species and Habitat Conservation Area, we report three new records of Odorrana frogs to the herpetofauna of Yen Bai province, viz. Odorrana jingdongensis, O. graminea, O. nasica. Additional data of morphological characters of afore mentioned species were also provided. Our findings increase the species number of amphibians to 33 in Yen Bai province.
