The factory will be built & put into operation in November 2010. The approved budget (excluding salary of Project Team Members & sharing cost with other cost centers) is USD 60,000 4

Project Definition Documents (2) The Product Description - To build Factory for producing fresh water bottle of Five Star GROUP in Ho Chi Minh City –the total investment of the factory is USD 60,000 (for infrastructure & feasible studies). -The factory is located at 600 square meter area in Nhon Trach- Dong Nai. - It includes three blocks: Main Producing factory ( Pumping system, Cleaning Machine, Tank Water, Cleaning system), Warehouse, Office - The total capacity of factory is 15,000 water bottles/day - Business need is the fresh and clean of the source of water which has passed 12/13 VietNam sanitation standard of water resource. The demand of fresh and clean water is increasing quickly recently( up to 30%/year) 8

This is the main block and includes Pumping system, Extracting water Machine, Fresh Water Tank , Cleaning system. 2. Deliverable 2: Office block. All office staffs are working here 3. Deliverable 3: Sanitation block. It includes sanitation workshop to sanitize water. 4. Deliverable 4: Machine system. Machine system will be bought and import directly from America. The installation will be made by Green Solution company. 11

Project Definition Documents (10) The Business Case (1) 1.Background of the Project * The demand of fresh water has been increasing rapidly (30%/year) due to global warming. * Recognize that Vietnam is a very potential water retail market; * Five Star Group build up a factory for producing in Ho Chi Minh City –the total investment is USD 60,000 (for infrastructure & feasible studies). 2. General Aims (1) * to meet the time schedule & make sure the Business Plan includes all requested components relating to Infrastructure, Management & Financial Plan 2.1 –Project Plan is submitted on Oct 3, 2010 2.2 – Finish projects before 3, Dec, 2010 17

Initial Risks • All Project Members (excluding Project Lead) & SMEs have to engage in daily works –it may cause delay in completion of assigned tasks (TIME) • The paper work of local government takes a lot of time – project cannot finish as schedule (TIME) • Commissions of local government may increase cost of project (COST) • Assumed economic factors may not be kept at expected rate (QUALITY) • The quality of water well is not sure to be good all time – affected by neighbored industrial factories (QUALITY). 4. Expected outcomes • The project is completed within the defined duration • All main components relating to Infrastructure, Management & Financial Plan are included into the Project Plan to convince the Equity about the possibility of achieving all Financial Objectives in outlined development schedule 18

Opportunity of running with this project • Capture the growth of Vietnam fresh water market – expanse & increase rapidly in the future • The weather in VietNam becomes hotter because of global warming so the fresh water will be scared  price increase  high profit • The cost for investment and maintenance is low, administrative cost is not high  increase profit 6.
