Pig raising practices of ethnic minorities in mountainous areas of central Vietnam
The local Co pig is one of the main domestic animals raised by several ethnic minorities (Ka-tu, Van Kieu, Pako, Ta-Oi, Cor, Xo-dang) in mountainous districts of Quang Tri, Thua Thien-Hue and Quang Nam Provinces of Central Vietnam. This study was conducted 5 communes each in the districts of Dakrong, Huong Hoa (Quang Tri Province), A Luoi, Nam Dong (Thua Thien-Hue Province) and Bac Tra My (Quang Nam Province).
