A written lease contains obligations for both the landlord and the tenant. Unless the lease says diﬀ erently, the landlord cannot raise the rent during the term of the lease. But, unlike most oral leases, written leases usually commit a tenant to rent payments for a ﬁ xed amount of time, whether or not the tenant lives in the apartment. In Florida, a landlord does not have to make any special eﬀ orts to re-rent your place if you breach the lease by moving out early. (Fla. Stat. § 83.595 (1)(c)).

The pellets-burning equipment IWABO Villa-s1x must not be red with any other combustible materials. The pellets-burning equipment IWABO Villa-s1x is to be in -stalled in a boiler room that has been approved for this purpose by the local authorities. WARNING SYMBOL This warning symbol will be shown in these operating instruc-tions to make you aware of possible hazards if you do not follow the instructions. There are two kinds of warning sym-bols and texts used in this manual: WARNINGwarns you of dangerous situations if neces-sary measures are not being taken. NOTEwarns you of less than safe ways or procedures that might lead to safety hazards or material damage. Iwabo Villa-s1x SAFETY • The plant must not be test-run or put into operation until it has been connected to a heating boiler and the smoke has a free pas-sage out into the open air through a ue gas duct or chimney. The boiler’s ue gas damper must not be closed because of the risk of blow-ups when the weather is changing. For this reason, a counter-draught valve should be installed to ensure even draught in the boiler and prevent burn-backs. The negative pressure in the boiler’s re chamber should be at least 0.05-0.06 Hpa (0.5-0.6 mm VP). • The chimney should be at least 125 mm in diameter and at least 6 m long. • The pellets must be kept in a moisture-free and ventilated stora-ge. The plant is intended to be red only with wood pellets 6 – 10 mm in diameter. NOTEAlways wear mouth protection when handling pellets. • The boiler room where the pellets-burning equipment is instal-led must comply with the provisions stipulated by the local re protection authorities. WARNING Only a qualied electrician is allowed to carry out the electrical installation work. • Modications, changes or reconstruction of the pellets-burning equipment must not be carried out without the manufacturer’s consent in writing. • spare parts that are not original spare parts and do not meet the manufacturer’s specications may affect the safety of the pellets-burning equipment and must, therefore, not be tted without the manufacturer’s consent in writing. • The pellets-burning equipment must not be installed in an envi-ronment where there might be a re hazard. • Combustible material must not be kept in the vicinity of the plant. • No welding work may be carried out on the plant until the power supply has been cut off and the circuit board has been removed. • Do not open any hatch on the boiler during operation. ... - tailieumienphi.vn
