VỊ TRÍ, TÍNH CHẤT MÔN HỌC: 1. Vị trí: - Môn học tiếng Anh chuyên ngành nghiệp vụ nhà hàng nằm trong nhóm kiến thức cơ sở chuyên ngành trong chương trình khung đào tạo trình độ trung cấp “nghiệp vụ nhà hàng – Quản trị khách sạn ”. Môn này được bố trí giảng dạy sau môn Tiếng Anh cơ bản và TACN 1 nghiệp vụ nhà hàng – Quản trị khách sạn 2. Tính chất - Tiếng Anh chuyên ngành nghiệp vụ nhà hàng là môn lý thuyết kết hợp với rèn luyện kỹ năng Nghe-Nói-Đọc-Viết (Nghe-Nói là chủ yếu). II. MỤC TIÊU CỦA MÔN HỌC: Sau khi học xong Tiếng Anh chuyên ngành nghiệp vụ nhà hàng học sinh có thể: 1. Về kiến thức: - Vận dụng được những từ những cấu trúc câu nói về chuyên ngành nghiệp vụ nhà hàng 2. Về kỹ năng: - Sử dụng được ngôn ngữ trong giao tiếp khi tác nghiệp. Thực hiện tốt yêu cầu của thực khách nhờ kỹ năng nghe hiểu tốt. Viết được và đọc hiểu tốt 3. Về năng lực tự chủ và trách nhiệm: - Hưởng ứng tích cực những hoạt động nói tiếng Anh. Hợp tác tốt với bạn bè đồng nghiệp trong quá trình thực hiện nghề nghiệp sau này. III. NỘI DUNG MÔN HỌC: 1. Nội dung: - Kiến thức: - Từ vựng cơ bản của tiếng Anh chuyên nghề phục vụ nhà hàng – khách sạn. - Cách sử dụng giới từ chỉ vị trí "at, on, under, in, above..." - Cách sử dụng động từ khuyết thiếu "might, could, may, must, should". - Các lời nói yêu cầu hay đề nghị một cách lịch sự. - Sử dụng thành thạo những danh động từ. - Sử dụng câu bị động khi giải thích với khách. - Cách sử dụng chính xác các câu điều kiện. - Kỹ năng: - Rèn luyện được kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết tiếng Anh chuyên nghề. - Sử dụng thành thạo các từ vựng và cấu trúc đã được học trong chương trình. - Đọc và hiểu được các tài liệu, sách hướng dẫn chuyên nghề phục vụ nhà hàng – khách sạn. - Năng lực tự chủ và trách nhiệm: Tự giác , yêu thích việc học và say mê thực hành nói tiếng Anh hơn 2. Phương pháp: - Sinh viên phải tham dự đủ 5 bài kiểm tra định kỳ cho mỗi chuyên ngành và bài thi cuối học phần. - Các bài kiểm tra bao gồm ít nhất 1 trong 4 kỹ năng (Đọc, Viết, Nghe, Nói). - Điểm của các bài kiểm tra và điểm của cả học phần được tính theo thang điểm 10. - Sinh viên đạt yêu cầu khi có trung bình điểm học phần lớn hơn hoặc bằng 5 (≥5) và bài kiểm tra cuối kỳ lớn hơn hoặc bằng 5. - Sinh viên chưa đạt yêu cầu được thi lại 1 lần, nếu vẫn không đạt, phải học lại cả học phần.
  7. VI. HƯỚNG DẪN THỰC HIÊN MÔN HỌC: 1. Phạm vi áp dụng môn học: Chương trình này được sử dụng để giảng dạy cho trình độ Trung cấp nghề chuyên ngành nghiệp vụ nhà hàng 2. Hướng dẫn về phương pháp giảng dạy môn học: a) Đối với giáo viên, giảng viên; Giáo viên được yêu cầu ít nhất phải có bằng cử nhân hoặc bằng cấp tương đương tính theo kinh nghiệm dạy học trước đó. - Sách, giáo trình và tài liệu tham khảo; - Kế hoạch giáo viên, lịch trình giảng dạy và giáo án của giáo viên phải được rõ ràng, chi tiết. b) Đối với học sinh - Học sinh cần phải có đấy đủ dụng cụ và tài liêu học học tập - Học và làm bài đầy đủ.   10. GRAMMAR THE PRESENT PERFECT TENSE The Present Perfect (have/has + past participle of the verbs) is used for actions not yet finished, or not recently finished. Look out for key words just and yet which often indicate the use of the Present Perfect. Example: Have you ordered dishes yet? The group from New Zealand has just arrived. They’re in reception. The Present Perfect is used to talk about actions in the past that are not completed. (Use the simple past to talk about actions in the past that are completed.) Example: He’s not finished his breakfast. He finished his breakfast at 1.00a.m. Activity 1: Complete the sentences with the Present Perfect or Past Simple of the verbs in brackets.
