Bui Thanh Van – English Lesson Present perfect Chúng ta có thể dùng thì HTHT trong nhiều trường hợp Nói về hành động diễn ra vào thời điểm không xác định trong quá khứ: I have been to Japan twice. I have bought a new car. Nói về hành động diễn ra trong quá khứ, tiếp tục kép dài đến hiện tại và tương lai: I have lived in Hanoi for 20 years. They have lived here since 1996. Nhìn chung HTHT có dạng như sau POSITIVE have/has + a past participle I/you/we/they have washed. NEGATIVE I/you/we/they haven’t washed. He/she/it hasn’t washed. He/she/it has washed. QUESTION Have I/you/we/they washed? Has he/she/it washed? Một số chú ý về thì Hiện tại hoàn thành: (1) Dùng HTTH với ‘just’, ‘already’, ‘yet’, ‘since’, ‘for’ JUST: chỉ vừa mới ALREADY: đã…rồi YET: vẫn chưa. ‘just’ và ‘already’ đứng trước past participle Ví dụ: I have just eaten my breakfast. I have already eaten my breakfast. ‘yet’ thì chỉ dùng trong negative và question; ‘yet’ đứng cuối câu Ví dụ: I haven’t eaten my breakfast yet. Have you eaten your breakfast yet? SINCE: từ khi FOR: được (thời gian) Ví dụ: we have been friend for 5 years. we have been friend since we were little. ‘since’ và ‘for’ được dùng để trả lời câu hỏi ‘how long?’ Ví dụ: How long have you been married? ~ For about 30 months, I think. How long have you been studied English? ~ Since first grade. (2) Gone to và been to She has gone to Paris Cô ấy vẫn đang ở Paris (3) Ever và never EVER: đã bao giờ … chưa She has been to Paris. Cô ấy đã từng đến thăm Paris. | ‘ever’ được dùng trong câu hỏi còn ‘never’ dùng trong câu trả lời Have you ever been to Paris? = Bạn đã bao giờ đến Paris chưa? No, I have never been to Paris. = Chưa, tôi chưa bao giờ đến Paris. (4) First time, second time, … Dùng HTHT sau cấu trúc It’s the first/second time I have drunk coffee. This is the first/second time I have gone to a public library. (5) Today, this week,… Dùng HTHT với today hoặc cụm thời gian đi với this (eg: this week, this year, this month…) Ví dụ: We’ve done a lot of work today. Have you had a holiday this year? Past simple or present perfect Unfinished actions that started in the past and continue to the present (unfinished) I`ve known Julie for ten years (and I still know her). With an unfinished time word (this week, this month, today): I`ve seen John this week. Recent news Finished actions in the past: I knew Julie for ten years (but then she moved away and we lost touch). With a finished time word (last week, last month, yesterday): I saw John last week.
