• Asktheparticipantstostandfacingthewallat anarms length.Now,askthemto closetheir eyes & pushthewallwithfullstrength.
• Thetrainer hereshouldgenerateexcitement,motivating theparticipants to keeppushingthewall withalltheir strength.
• Thetrainer canalso addhumor totheentireactivity by telling everyonethatthewallisactually moving.
• After 23minutesthetrainer asks theparticipantsto relax& opentheir eyes.Oncetheparticipants arebackto theirrespectiveseats,thetrainernowtakesthefeedback– whether thewallhasactually movedor not.
• Theanswer herewouldbeobviously“NO".Thetrainernowtakestheparticipants to theimportance of focusing ontheAreasof Influence.

• Thetrainer divides theentirebatchintogroups(4– 5per group) • Eachgroupis askedto selectasongoftheir choice.
• Onceeachgrouphasfinalizedtheir song,allof themareaskedto startsingingthesong veryloudly atthesamego.
• Their willbetotalchaosinthetraining roomsinceevery oneissingingtheir ownsong.
• After 2min.thetrainer requestsevery oneto stopsinging& asktheparticipantsrandomly if they wereabletoidentify thesongssung bytheother group.
• Result:Probably noonewillbeableto do that.
• Step – 2 :Thetrainer nowgivesacommonsongtoalltheparticipants /groups(preferably a motivationalone)& nowaskthemto startsingingonceagainfor aminuteor so.
• Thegroupswillbemuchorganizes thistime.
• Thetrainer shouldnowasktheparticipantsto analyzeboththesituations.
• Result:Participantswillthemselvesunderstandthat everyoneshouldbeonasinglethoughtor platformwhileperforming acommontask.
