Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục tiêu đánh giá và phân tích hành vi mua hàng mang tính chất ngẫu hứng trên các trang thương mại điện tử (TMĐT). Trong đó, nghiên cứu đi sâu vào xác định xu thế các nhân tố tác động đến hành vi mua hàng ngẫu hứng của giới trẻ trên các trang TMĐT.
Bài viết nghiên cứu thực trạng quản trị quan hệ khách hàng điện tử cho trường hợp cụ thể là Hãng Hàng không Quốc gia Việt Nam (Vietnam Airlines), để từ đó tìm ra các giải pháp hợp lý nhất cho các Hãng Hàng không của Việt Nam.
Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là xác định và đánh giá ảnh hưởng của các nhân tố khác nhau tới thái độ và ý định xem quảng cáo của người sử dụng trẻ tại Hà Nội. Nghiên cứu được phát triển trên nền tảng lý thuyết hành vi có kế hoạch (TPB) và tích hợp các thuộc tính đổi mới, sáng tạo cho thích hợp với lĩnh vực quảng cáo trong ứng dụng.
Bài viết ứng dụng lý thuyết hành vi hoạch định (Theory of Planned Behaviour - TPB) nhằm đánh giá ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố gồm thái độ, chuẩn mực chủ quan và nhận thức kiểm soát hành vi đến ý định và hành vi mua hàng trực tuyến trên các website doanh nghiệp Việt Nam. Khảo sát được thực hiện với 170 khách hàng tại Việt Nam bằng bảng câu hỏi được gửi qua Google Drive trong tháng 2-3/2020.
This paper only covers E-commerce trading sites within the retailing industry. Hence, future research can greatly improve the model by extending the time period of data collection and covering more industries. Besides, a more modern approach such as SEM is a decent option for measurement scales evaluation and model testing, since Multiple Linear Regression Analysis requires strict assumptions and may have a great likelihood of measurement errors.
