Nader, Ralph (1934– ) consumer advocate and political candidate Ralph Nader was born in Winsted, Connecticut, on February 27, 1934, a son of Lebanese immigrants. An exceptional student, he graduated from Princeton University with honors in 1955 and acquired his law degree from Harvard Law School three years later.
