Xây dựng ăng ten Logo ứng dụng trong hệ thống nhận dạng bằng sóng vô tuyến
Nhận dạng bằng sóng vô tuyến (RFID - Radio Frequency Identification) đã và đang được ứng dụng phổ biến trong nhiều hệ thống nhằm cung cấp thông tin về con người, động vật, hàng hóa,.. trong quá trình di chuyển. Giống như tên gọi, công nghệ được sử dụng trong các hệ thống RFID được phát triển dựa trên truyền dẫn sóng vô tuyến. Giao tiếp giữa thiết bị mang thông tin và thiết bị đọc thông qua sóng vô tuyến thay vì được thực hiện không qua cơ chế tiếp xúc, khi đó vai trò của ăng ten trong các hệ thống này đặc biệt quan trọng. Trong bài báo này, nhóm tác giả thiết kế và chế tạo một ăng ten Logo có thể tích hợp trên phù hiệu hay đồng phục của nhân viên nhằm tăng tính linh hoạt cho hệ thống quản lí nhân sự bằng RFID.

Mobile agent programming paradigm and its application scenarios
Mobile agent technology offers another processing worldview in which a program, as a motoring tool or moving administrator, can suspend its execution on a host PC, exchange itself to another operator empowered host on the system, and resume execution on the new host. The utilization of portable code has a long history going back to the utilization of remote occupation passage frameworks in the 1960's. Web applications confront challenges that distributed protocols and the selection of improved coordination models may overcome the conventional challenges. More and more user level applications get involved into Internet from intranets and meanwhile the applications running over the Internet turn out to be more distributed and portable in nature of its execution.

Exploring the potential benefits of CRM systems in customer-centric age: A case study of a telecom company in Vietnam
This paper investigates the benefits of customer relationship management system to a company in the context of customer centric age, using a case study of CRM implementation in a local telecom service company in Vietnam. The findings suggest that after a long time leading the telecom market, at the moment, the company was facing stiff competition from new service providers. This competition would be even stiffer after Vietnam joined WTO and the Vietnamese telecom market will be open to competition in 2012. In such circumstance, CRM played a very important role in offering many potential benefits to the company. The findings confirm the existing literature in depicting the benefits of CRM system: ameliorating the quality of sales, marketing and customer service. In addition, the findings emphasise the important values of CRM towards strategy planning at strategic level and the implementation of this strategy at both tactical level and management level. Moreover, the research findings also explore the opportunities for the establishment and development of organisational customer culture from the implementation of a CRM system.

Một số xu hướng chuyển đổi kỹ thuật số hàng đầu trong năm 2020
Trong vài năm gần đây, hầu hết các cuộc thảo luận về xu hướng chuyển đổi kỹ thuật số đều xoay quanh Cloud, Edge computing, Internet of Thing (IoT), Augmented Reality (AR)..., tạo cảm giác lặp đi lặp lại, không có gì mới mẻ. Tuy nhiên, trên nền tảng những công nghệ cốt lõi này, dự báo trong năm 2020 thế giới sẽ đề cập nhiều hơn đến một lớp các công nghệ mới (5G, Artificial Intelligence - AI, phân tích dữ liệu chuyên sâu…) của xu hướng đầy tiềm năng này. Trên cơ sở những phân tích của Công ty phân tích công nghệ Futurum Research (Hoa Kỳ) được đăng tải trên Tạp chí Forbes (tháng 7/2019), bài viết cung cấp cho độc giả một cái nhìn tổng quan về những xu hướng công nghệ được dự báo sẽ trở thành tiêu điểm của quá trình chuyển đổi kỹ thuật số trong năm 2020.
