Linear topological invariants of spaces of holomorphic functions in infinite dimension

The purpose of this paper Linear topological invariants of spaces of holomorphic functions in infinite dimension is to investigate the existence of generalized solutions for strongly parabolic systems in a cylindrical domain. The decay of the solution at infinity, depending on the right-hand of the equation, is also studied in this article.

The study in diffusion mechanism by voronoi polyhedron in sodium tetra-silicate melt

Molecular dynamic simulation is carried out for sodium tetra-silicate \({\rm{(N}}{{\rm{a}}_{\rm{2}}}{\rm{O - 4Si}}{{\rm{O}}_{\rm{2}}}{\rm{)}}\) melt at 1873K and pressure of 0.1MPa. The diffusion mechanism of Na atoms is investigated in terms of Voronoi polyhedron around network former and displacement of Na atoms between them. The simulation shows that Na atoms are not uniformly distributed through polyhedrons, but they mainly gather in NBO and FO polyhedrons.

An application of Razumikhin theorem to exponential stability for linear non-autonomous systems with time-varying delay

In this work An application of Razumikhin theorem to exponential stability for linear non-autonomous systems with time-varying delay, in the light of the Razumikhin stability theorem combined with the Newton–Leibniz formula, a new delay-dependent exponential stability condition is first derived for linear non-autonomous time delay systems without using model transformation and bounding techniques on the derivative of the time-varying delay function. The condition is presented in terms of the solution of Riccati differential equations.

A note on Alexander’s theorem

The aim of this note A note on Alexander’s theorem is to extend a result of H. Alexander [1] from the case of scalar functions to the case of functions with values in topological vector spaces. The goal of this note is to extend this result to the case where the target space C is replaced by any sequentially complete complex topological vector space F. The main result of this article is given by the following theorem.

Weak tautness and hyperconvexity in Hilbert spaces

The aim of this article Weak tautness and hyperconvexity in Hilbert spaces is to introduce the notions of weak tautness and hyperconvexity of a domain in a Banach space and to establish the relation between them. Moreover, some conditions under which a balanced domain in a Hilbert space and a Hartogs domain in a Banach space are hyperconvex are also given.

The Topology on the Space of δ-psh Functions in the Cegrell Classes

The aim of the present paper The Topology on the Space of δ-psh Functions in the Cegrell Classes is to introduce a metric locally convex topology on the space δE = E−E of δ-psh functions in the Cegrell class E. We prove that with this topology δE is a non-separable and non-reflexive Fr´echet space. At the same time, we extend the Monge–Amp`ere operator from the class E to δE.

On meromorphic functions with maximal defect sum

The purpose of this article On meromorphic functions with maximal defect sum is twofold. The first is to give necessary conditions for the maximality of the defect sum. The second is to show that the class of meromorphic functions with maximal defect sum is very thin in the sense that deformations of meromorphic functions with maximal defect sum by small meromorphic functions are not meromorphic functions with maximal defect sum.

Global attractors for semilinear parabolic equations with delays

In the paper Global attractors for semilinear parabolic equations with delays, we prove the existence and upper semicontinuity of global attractors with respect to parameters for semilinear parabolic equations with general delays. The obtained results recover and extend some known ones about a non-local PDE with the stateselective delay in [10].

A degeneracy theorem for meromorphic mappings with moving targets

Using the second main theorem of value distribution theory and Borel’s lemma, Nevanlinna proved that for two nonconstant meromorphic functions \(f\) and \(g\) on the complex plane C, if they have the same inverse images for five distinct values, then \(f \equiv g\), and that \(g\) is a special type of linear fractional transformation of \(f\) if they have the same inverse images, counted with multiplicities, for four distinct values. The purpose of the article “A degeneracy theorem for meromorphic mappings with moving targets” is to prove a degeneracy theorem for meromorphic mappings of \({C^m}\) into \(C{P^n}\) with (2n + 2) moving targets.

Liouville-type theorems for a quasilinear elliptic equation of the H´enon-type

In the paper Liouville-type theorems for a quasilinear elliptic equation of the H´enon-type, We consider the H´enon-type quasilinear elliptic equation −Δmu = |x| aup where Δmu = div(|∇u| m−2∇u), m > 1, p>m − 1 and a ≥ 0. We are concerned with the Liouville property, i.e. the nonexistence of positive solutions in the whole space RN . We prove the optimal Liouville-type theorem for dimension N

A note on generalized rainbow connection of connected graphs and their number of EDGES

In the paper A note on generalized rainbow connection of connected graphs and their number of EDGES, we first focus to improve the upper bound of the (1, l)-rainbow connection number depending on the size of connected graphs. Using this result, we characterize all connected graphs having the large (1, 2)-rainbow connection number. Moreover, we also determine the (1, l)-rainbow connection number in a connected graph G containing a sequence of cut-edges.

Uniqueness properties of m-subharmonic functions in Cegrell classes

The aim of the paper Uniqueness properties of m-subharmonic functions in Cegrell classes is to provide sufficient conditions for unicity of m-subharmonic functions. Since two plurisubharmonic functions may equal on an open subset of a domain without being identical (e.g. u ≡ 0 and v(z) = max(log |z|, 0)), it seems natural to put additional assumptions on Hessian measures of u and v to guarantee that u ≡ v on the whole domain Ω. The first result in this direction is the following remarkable theorem of Bloom and Levenberg about uniqueness of continuation of maximal plurisubharmonic functions. This theorem also found applications in some problems of weighted pluripotential theory.

The Monge–Ampère type equation in the weighted pluricomplex energy class

In the paper, we prove the existence of solutions of the complex Monge–Ampère type equation −χ(u)(ddcu)n = µ in the class Eχ(Ω) if there exist subsolutions in this class. As an application, we prove that the complex Monge–Ampère equation (ddcu)n = µ is solvable in the class E(Ω) if there exist subsolutions locally. Moreover, by an example we show that the conditions in our above result are sharp.

In the end of the paper we show that the q-convexity is the local property and give some examples about q-convex domains.

In mathematics, a conic section (or just conic) is a curve obtained as the intersection of a cone (more precisely, a right circular conical surface) with a plane. In this paper Some new identities on the conic sections, we construct some new identities and proposed the concept of the power of a point with respect to a conic.
