An architecture of a two-layer cloud based web system using a fuzzy-neural request distribution
In this paper, we try to determine which cloud conguration in double-layer architecture is the best when using the fuzzy-neural intelligent method of request distribution. We present the distribution strategy, a testbed and the results of the conducted experiments. At the end of this paper, we discuss results and present ¯nal conclusions.

Plant identication using new architecture convolutional neural networks combine with replacing the red of color channel image by vein morphology leaf
This model experimented on collector leaves data set Flavia leaf data set and the Swedish leaf data set. The classication results indicate that the proposed CNN model is effective for leaf recognition with the best accuracy greater than 98.22%.

Adaptive workflow scheduling using evolutionary approach in cloud computing
In this research paper, different algorithms are studied and compared with evolutionary approaches. Workflow scheduling using genetic algorithm is implemented and discussed. This paper aims to design a decision-making technique to optimize resources of cloud. It is an adaptive scheduling to maximize pro¯t by reducing execution time.

The effects of missing data characteristics on the choice of imputation techniques
In this paper, we propose the need to examine the causes of missing data in a medical dataset to ensure that the right imputation method is used in solving the problem. The mechanism of missingness in datasets was studied to know the missing pattern of datasets and determine a suitable imputation technique to generate complete datasets.

This work is an attempt to devise a Stemmer that can remove both pre¯x and su±x together from a given word in English language. For a given input word, our method considers all possible internal N-grams for detection of potential stems.

A novel technique for solving fully fuzzy nonlinear systems based on neural networks
In this paper, two new approaches based on neural networks are proposed in order to ¯nd the estimated solutions of the fully fuzzy nonlinear system (FFNS). For obtaining the estimated solutions, a gradient descent algorithm is proposed in order to train the proposed networks. An example is proposed in order to show the e±ciency of the considered approaches.

Process, analyze and visualize telecommunication network conguration data in graph database
In this paper, we are presenting a way to store the data produced by these nodes in graph database, changing from relational database to NoSQL environment. With our approach, one can easily represent and visualize the network of machines.

Version compatible HL7 parser based on object oriented design
In this study, an HL7 parser was developed that not only supports backward compatibility with older versions in accordance with the version compatibility de¯nition of the HL7 V2 messages but also guarantees forward compatibility with newer versions to enhance its utilization. The developed parser was used to test conversion between di®erent versions of HL7.

Articial neural network and machine learning based methods for population estimation of rohingya refugees: Comparing data-driven and satellite image-driven approaches
This study aims to explore the approaches of population estimation of Rohingya migrants using remote sensing and machine learning. Two di®erent approaches of population estimation viz., (i) data-driven approach and (ii) satellite image-driven approach have been explored. A total of 11 machine learning models including Arti¯cial Neural Network (ANN) are applied for both approaches.

A team solving distributed resource- constrained multi project scheduling problem
Local optimization agents are used to ¯nd solutions for the local projects, and global optimization agents are responsible for the coordination of the local projects and for ¯nding the global solutions. The approach has been tested experimentally using 140 benchmark problem instances from MPSPLIB library with minimizing the Average Project Delay (APD) as global optimization criterion.

In terms of performance, it may be bene¯cial to use a polyglot persistence, a multimodel approach or multilevel modeling, or even to transform the SQL database schema into NoSQL and to perform data migration between the relational and NoSQL databases.

Implementing gene expression programming in the parallel environment for big datasets classication
The paper investigates a Gene Expression Programming (GEP)-based ensemble classier constructed using the stacked generalization concept. The classier has been implemented with a view to enable parallel processing with the use of Spark and SWIM an open source genetic programming library.
