Trên cơ sở mô hình nghiên cứu đề xuất, với các yếu tố ảnh hưởng và mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố đó đến sự chấp nhận sử dụng truyền thông xã hội được chỉ ra, nghiên cứu đánh giá tác động của sự chấp nhận sử dụng truyền thông xã hội đối với quyết định kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp trực tuyến tại Việt Nam.
