Foreword
This project is a result of an exchange program of DDiD (Dutch Design in De-velopment) and CIBART (Centre for Indian Bamboo Resource and Technol-ogy). DDiD sends professional designers who are keen to expand their hori-zon and are willing to exchange their knowledge for a good cause, wherein eventually both the parties benefit from a mutual exchange of knowledge & experience.
This report was initially written as to show the two month during process to all interested. Eventually its content can be used as a guideline for those who will participate in the DDiD program or for others who are (going to be) in-volved in a sustainability, bamboo or development country project.
